You’ve probably noticed a recent hiatus in these blog posts. That hiatus has finally transformed into becoming a significant element of the new Moon Mountain Epicurean Adventures - moonmountain.ca. Moon Mountain is a family business managed by Chef Kahsia Hartwell. Kahsia is ably assisted by Husband Ware and enjoys frequent professional consulting and collaboration with Chef/Daughter Kendra. Moon Mountain Epicurean Adventures includes culinary vacation tours, baking & cooking classes, catering, and meals to go. As a part of Moon Mountain, Adventures with Salt will expand from catering and food commentary to include reporting from our dances with charcuterie and highlights of epicurean tours.
The blog is our voice to the world as we bring you along on our adventures. The posts are written by Kendra and Ware as their epicurean muses inspire. You will enjoy travelogue reports from our trips, rejuvenated restaurant reviews, recipes, and now musings on meat and meat curing – our recently heightened great passion.
